Program Goals

This educational activity should enable the participant to get an insight into the current status of molecular sub staging and its possibilities to help clinicians in deciding which patients might benefit more from more aggressive surgical treatment, neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy, and the type of systemic therapy in case of metastatic disease. It should also allow foreseeing the possible role of currently proposed new sub staging systems as proposed by several groups or institutions.

Target Audience

This activity is intended for medical professionals both in and outside urology who are dealing with bladder cancer (i.e. urologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, geneticists, primary care physicians, advanced practice nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, managed care medical directors, various other practitioners and payers).
